Event Terms And Condition

Coalition Against Financial Crime (CAFC)

By purchasing a ticket to, registering for, or attending any event hosted by the Coalition Against Financial Crime (CAFC) (the “Event”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and participants.

  1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

All attendees must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of the Event. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this requirement. CAFC reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification for age verification at the Event.

  1. Ticket Purchase & Admission
    • A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.
    • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by CAFC in writing.
    • CAFC reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual who violates these Terms, venue rules, or applicable laws, without refund.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by CAFC’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

    • Refund requests must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the Event date.
    • Approved refunds will be issued less applicable ticketing and payment processing fees.
    • No refunds will be issued for requests made within seven (7) calendar days of the Event, including for no-shows or partial attendance.
    • Program changes, speaker substitutions, or agenda modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.

  1. Policy on Vendor Participation

To attend, all vendors must purchase a vendor ticket to ensure compliance with the conference’s attendance policies. Due to high demand and limited capacity, we are restricting the number of available vendor admission tickets. Secure your spot early, as vendor tickets are limited. Vendors, including consultants, accountants, lawyers, technology providers, and service providers, are not eligible to register under general admission or practitioner tickets.

Important Note for Vendors Attempting to Purchase Practitioner Tickets:

    • Vendor purchases of AFC practitioner tickets will not be honored.
    • Refunds will be subject to a deduction of ticket and payment processing fees.
    • An additional 25% administrative fee will be applied to process the cancellation.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring this event remains a focused and meaningful platform for AFC practitioners.

  1. Agenda & Speaker Changes

Event agendas, session topics, speakers, and formats are subject to change due to circumstances beyond CAFC’s control. CAFC reserves the right to substitute speakers, modify content, or adjust the Event schedule as necessary. Such changes do not entitle attendees to refunds or credits.
